Gnorixx provides digital SEO intelligence and server-side processing. Once a credit is consumed or a pack is purchased, the transaction is considered final.

2. No-Refund Policy

Due to the immediate costs of AI and server execution, we do not offer refunds for purchased credits. We encourage users to test the platform using their Free Welcome Credits before purchasing.

3. Technical Failures

If a tool fails to provide a result but consumes a credit, please contact support. We will manually verify the log and reimburse the credit if a system error is found.
